At my work we use a nice and tiny program called: Gadwin. With this program you can make screenshots and select a location where the shot will be saved (without pasting it into paint or something and then save it). Wonderfull sollution for the people that are having trouble with making screenshots with a Nvidia video card and the latest driver.

And it's freeware!
